Contractor
/ Builder Programs was developed for a builder who builds
several homes a year and requires the full service design
and engineering work as covered in the Owner /
Builder program. Western
Homes will manufacture and supply a fully fabricated
SIP panel system,
and supply various
building components depending on the Contractor / Builders
specific needs. Western Homes will send out a
representative to the job site and train the Contractor
/ Builders crew
how to install SIP panels, or provide a panel crew to
install the SIP system direct to the Contractor / Builder.
Western
Homes will also competitively
bid the SIP Panel system to the Contractor/ Builder’s already designed
and engineered drawings. Part of our bid will include the
development of the fabrication and installation drawings
as well as fully fabricated SIP panels.
Western Homes,
upon request by the builder, will complete the necessary
review upon completion of the home and place
the home through the Energy Star Program, where in the
home will be rated and given a Energy
Star “Seal
of Approval”. The rating will list the energy efficiency
of the home, giving the customer the average cost savings
in energy usage over the life of the home, as well as putting
the homes resale value above
the average stick frame home of equal size.
