The Log & Timber
Frame Builder Home Package Provider Program is set up to provide services for the
individual
company
engaged in providing
a complete home package to the end user. This program
has been in place for over four years. Western
Homes is able
to provide design and / or structural engineering services
specifically for the Log Home and Timber Frame companies
building in California. We have been providing SIP panel
fabrication for various log home companies installing
SIP roof systems on top of their log structure. In addition
we provide Timber framers the SIP wall system placed
around
there post and beam frame work as well as the SIP roof
system that goes over the timber roof structure. In addition
to the fabrication process, we can sub-contract direct
with the builder to install the SIP systems.
Western Homes
has been the design team and material supplier for many
brand name log home, timber framers, and ICF companies
in the industry. Our goal is to provide the service necessary
to complete the home package for a reasonable cost to
the package provider, utilizing energy efficient building
systems,
in a time saving (cost saving) manner. Our design and
engineering services assure that the home is built to
local codes and
compliances.
